Minutes of the April 26, 2011 meeting

The Board received Departmental Revenues & Expenditures for Fruitport Charter Township period ended 3/31/11 for Fund 208 Park Recreation Fund and Disbursement Reports for 3/1/11-3/31/11.
Ross brought a form to be completed by Ken concerning concession sales at Pine Park during baseball season. Beach Baseball will obtain 4 temporary permits this year and plan to get a permanent license in the future.
Ross would like to have batter’s boxes painted on the football field at Pine Park for t-ball games. Ken suggested using red paint as to not interfere with the soccer lines.
The soil sampling at the soccer park has been completed.
The plaque honoring George Pressler, Sr. will be done in about 2-3 weeks. Ken will have a rock brought out to Pine Park. The plaque will have a hidden mount and can be cemented in place.
Next meeting set for Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 at 6pm at the Township Hall.
