Minutes of the January 25, 2011 meeting

The Board received Departmental Revenues & Expenditures for Fruitport Charter Township period ended 12/31/10 for Fund 208 Park Recreation Fund and Disbursement Reports for 12/1/10-12/31/10.
The Parks and Recreation budget has been increased to $131,700 for this fiscal year which includes the $26,150 match for the grant.
The roofs to the maintenance buildings at both Pine Park and Farr Field are leaking. The Board plan to have these fixed in March.
The debt owed to the Township for the loan for the Farr Field concession and restroom will be paid off one year early.
The Board received a proposal from Cornelisse Design Associates for the Design Development and Construction Engineering for Sheringer Park-Phase One Improvements.
Cheryl made a motion to accept the proposal from Cornelisse Design Associates. All were in favor.
Next meeting set for Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011 at 6pm at the Township Hall.
