Minutes of the March 23rd, 2010 meeting
Present: Ken Hulka (director), Melanie Lyonnais (commissioner), Cheryl Clarke (commissioner), Chad Parker (commissioner)
Absent: Sue Keglovitz (commissioner), Jack Curtis (commissioner)

Cheryl Clarke called the meeting to order.
Ken attended Township meeting to answer questions on the 5-Year Rec Plan and to have resolutions signed.
The 5-Year Rec Plan has about 4 hours left of work before completed.
Ken stated that the remainder of the ’09/’10 budget will not be rolled over to the ’10/’11 budget as it has in the past. Melanie asked if we can ask to have this money deducted from what we owe the township for the restroom/concession facility at Farr Field. Cheryl made a motion to request the Township that the remainder of the ‘09/’10 budget go towards the debt owed on the restroom/concession facility at Farr Field. Chad seconded. All were in favor.
The soccer group is holding a bonfire fundraiser on Saturday, April 17th at Sheringer Park.
Chad asked about naming the field at Sheringer and suggested a naming contest.
Ken has received many field requests.
Next meeting set for Tuesday, April 27th, 2010 at 6pm at the Township Hall.
