NOTICE OF ADOPTION AND
POSTING OF
WOOD BOILERS ORDINANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an Outdoor Wood Boilers Ordinance was adopted at a meeting of the Fruitport Charter Township Board held on September 28, 2009.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Outdoor Wood Boilers Ordinance will amend the Township Code of Ordinances by adding a new Article IV to Chapter 6; to adopt regulations concerning outdoor wood boilers; by providing penalties for violations; by repealing conflicting ordinances; and by providing for the effective date of this ordinance which is 30 days after this publication.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Outdoor Wood Boilers Ordinance may be purchased or inspected at the Township Hall at 6543 Airline Road, Fruitport, Michigan (telephone 231-865-3151), Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Outdoor Wood Boilers Ordinance has been posted in the office of the Township Clerk, Township Hall, and the following five other places in the Township.
